Vulnerability
Comfort is God coming alongside in suffering so people can come alongside one another. True confidence rests in the Spirit and shows itself as openness rather than self-sufficiency. Human weakness makes room for Christ's power to work through ordinary people. Reconciliation and generous giving grow out of received grace and honest vulnerability.
