Reconciliation

2 Corinthians 5: 11 - 21

True peace arises when enemies become friends through honest vulnerability, mutual repair, and persistent work toward restored relationships. God initiates our reconciliation by taking the cost of sin in Christ so we may be new creations, forgiven and entrusted with the ministry of bringing others into wholeness. Forgiveness is only the beginning; full restoration requires confession, repentance, humility, and concrete acts of peacemaking. The church embodies a countercultural community of bridge-building that loves enemies, pursues the estranged, and practices risky, costly grace so neighborhoods, families, and hearts move from alienation into affectionate, lasting fellowship.
