The Holy Christian Church

1 Peter 2: 4 - 10

Belonging to God’s people means Christians are living stones in whom God dwells, not a religious marketplace but a relational temple where his presence breaks out in forgiveness, service, and prayer. The church is simultaneously universal and local, embracing diversity without demanding uniformity and rejecting both self-centered individualism and impersonal collectivism. Every believer shares priestly, prophetic, and kingly gifts and thus participates in bridging people to God. The church exists by grace for flawed people, chosen and treasured by God, and flourishes when believers form deep, honest small groups that foster true belonging, mutual confession, and sustained spiritual growth.
