Embodied
But Wait! There's More

John 21The risen Jesus appears to his disciples, showing that the resurrection brings an embodied, present Lord who transforms failure into mission. Without his presence our best efforts come up empty, but his hidden hand fills the nets and feeds his people. He restores the fallen, entrusts sinners with sacramental and pastoral work, and calls us to feed and tend his flock. The Lord gives visible signs—word, water, bread, and forgiveness—as a foretaste of the coming kingdom, and he keeps his people in hope as they wait for the full revelation of new creation.
