Epiphany
Jesus confronts craving for power and comforts ordinary weakness. Surrendering the little Herod in the heart happens by offering service, truth, and blessing rather than using or deceiving others. Giving Jesus full authority brings forgiveness and comfort. Living under his gracious rule empowers the Spirit to enable faithful service and loving relationships.
