Merry ChristMESS
A Messy Manger
John RothDecember 24, 202431:12
Luke 2The King enters the world in humiliation, showing divine power prefers weakness to spectacle and identifies with the poor and outcast. God becomes fully human to know our pain and to cleanse what is unclean, meeting us where life is messy. The gospel lifts the lowly, forgives sinners, and reverses worldly expectations so that the unlikely are exalted. Those who hear the good news must not delay or wait to be presentable but respond with haste, trusting that Jesus welcomes and renews us now.
