Fathom His Wisdom
Darkness describes the human condition apart from God, expressed as sin and idolatry that misorders love and makes us self-worshippers, but in Christ we are now light, made alive by his sacrifice and raised into a new identity; we cannot rescue ourselves by willpower, so we walk as children of light, expose unfruitful works, reorder desires toward God, receive forgiveness, and reflect his glory into dark places by living out goodness, righteousness, and truth.
