The Secularity of Jesusland

Matthew 21: 12 - 17Churches often substitute the gospel with self-help, status, and consumerism, turning faith into a way to get value, influence, or comfort. Justification comes by faith in Christ, not by obeying a checklist of rules, and the cross ends all attempts to earn enoughness. Jesus descends to meet sinners where they are, and his righteousness is credited to believers so obedience flows out of gratitude rather than anxious striving. When grace anchors the community, divisions and hypocrisy fade and people live freely to serve, love, and point others to the one who already declares them forgiven and beloved.
